I will try to find some time to review willi9974's trust list and ratings before the next DT1 "election" and perhaps remove the exclusion. The reason for it (the exclusion) was this.

Perhaps willi9974 would be better off as a DT2 member but unfortunately there is no easy way to opt out from DT1 (other than to reduce one's trust list to < 10 entries) and once you're excluded from DT1 because of a shoddy trust list then you're not in DT2 either, even if your trust ratings are valuable.
