Haha  this is not the best pattern to be profitable in trading. If you don't look away, you are likely to be too emotional and fear will grip you when market moves either against your order which obviously would reduce your free margin, equity.

In fact, with a good strategy, you don't need to look at the screen always. What you do is make your order when it is time, apply your SL & TP, simple. You can monitor it from time to time.
