In this sense, STC is similar to X-cash. With the difference that X-cash moves to the price of 1 Satoshi from below and SynchrotronCoin from above 
Not really, since xcash has a solid buy wall that can accommodate dumpers in both LTC and Doge market while STC is struggling to create a buy wall in the BTC pair. In short there are NO STC buyers now and lets hope it will change in the coming weeks or if not months.
