People are trying to advise you and you call it hate?
If you are really genuine about your offer, you could use the accepted means in the community and make the deal go through smoothly without any fuss at all.
There have been way so many scammers in the forum so it's right for people to be paranoid especially to Newbie accounts with no reputation or past successful deals.
