I like cryptsy, great GUI and all is so simple and well ordered. I like the option sending currencies  from one cryptsy account to other with your trading key.
But speed, oh man.Terrible !!! If yu wanna deposit or withdraw something .... uhhh. maybe they fix all that in the future.
and one more thing , they remove collosius coin from ltc trade and then bring it back and now it's gona again. i now had col coins stacked there
