With only one pump, we can't say that the bull is back, but crossing 5k is a positive development. If it gets stabilize above 5k then it would be good instead of dropping back again.
There no FOMO yet, maybe when BTC starts to rally big time again and will reached $10,000 then we will surely heard a lot of bullish sentiments.
Experts will then coming out giving their bullish prediction on BTC that as if we did not gone through a long bearish trend.
I am waiting for that time, I know it's possible and it can happen this year.
If we did it in 2017 in just less than a year, we have the same scenario this year, so we should never loss our hope.
