It is a secret and no one knows who is he and how he stay anonymous. We can speculate only on how he stay anonymous but since he is the one who create this great technology so I dont think it is hard for him to stay anonymous. He may have his own way/tools that is not available everywhere in the world. He could create bitcoin so he could create a tool/way to make him stay anonymous.
