I will suggest you first start with small trades until you become more knowledgeable and calm.

Most of the community/groups I have seen in telegram are just so fake and not really helpful, hardly get good tips there.
Mainly what I do is research by myself and also visit sites like Quora to ask questions and learn too. Some sites are really helpful and reading news from sites like coindesk and cointelegraph are always helpful in trading too.
