How is it safe? Fucking exchange not giving token to users. Perhaps Binance going to select participant by lottery draw from next Launchpad. If this is true then you can try your luck. But last time I have checked with Binance and Bittrex but unable to buy. They are holding token by themselves. So how we will get profit? Let's wait for Binance lottery and check what is going on. Not sure why had lost on BTT? Most likely you bought after ICO end. That's why I called them cheater.
There would be always some shady stuff that can possibly happen along the way as you presumed OP might able to purchase that BTT after the ICO end and losing up some money.
About in their IEO launchpad i do say that they are safe but not totally safe in the sense that you might possibly buying those tokens too late and also in the sense of investment, just like on
typical ICO, profitability wont really be an assurance.
