As everyone knows ICO's are good for startups seeking to raise investment for their products. Nowadays IEO slowly gain popularity. Still i am confused which one is effective enough.
Also is it necessary to use Blockchain technology for raising ICO investment?
Most f these projects are good for nothing, most are just here to raise fund and retire rich, from what we saw in 2017 and 2018, how many of these projects have really delivered excluding exchange projects, virtually none, and the IEO is even worse because they claim most times they ahve raised money, sometime 90% of their fund from private sale and now the remaining 10% for retail investors
