16GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX960 <--- How much RAM does this card have?
I believe at this point your GPU needs a minimum of 4GB onboard to mine Eth.
What I can find 10170 as I am right.
When I check it there are three kinds of memory that it shows:
Approximate total memory; 10170MB
Displayed memory (VRAM); 2007MB
Shared memory; 8162MB
