Electrum is
down as a result of a massive DoS attack. Is it possible to recover my wallet using the master seed OR by exporting the private keys to any of the following wallets:
- BitPay Wallet
- Copay Wallet
- BTC.com Wallet
- Mycelium Wallet
- Bitcoin.com Wallet

Are you in a hurry to use your bitcoin? If not, it is better to wait till the issue is solved. Electrum is still OK to be used at the moment though, just do what is suggested by electrum official twitter account. Disable the auto-connect and select server manually. So I do not think you need to move your bictoin to other wallet.
