That's interesting. In that post he refers to the member as she but in the post just above yours he says he/sheYes I seen her profile he/she get -4 Red tag. And the tag give (Vod And The Pharmacist) and he/she get 2 time Red tag for same issue. (Sent PM begging for merit.) He/she want merit to other but he/she give me 2 merit in off topic post. It's very lol... 
Googling Shafiqul brings back results of men which would mean that it is a male name and not a women's name of Arabic origin.
Based on the quality of English I don't think the OP even knows the difference between he and she because in the same sentence he says:

He probably just uses them on a random basis.I agree with the other members, it is very fishy that OP already knows about the merit system, trust system, Meta and LoyceV.
