i know . just meant .... make some elements a bit darker ... the text and the shadows darker (or try the middle background a little bit). it will look better. its missing something , its clearly not as strong as the red one . we get a bit lost , especially in the center . Not enough contrast.

first logo has lots of contrast. dark red/white text&elements. So that's good. second one not yet finished.
