Ho risolto così: installando il wallet Ripaex ( https://github.com/RipaEx/desktop-wallet/releases/tag/2.2.2 ). Essendo compatibile con tutte le Blockchain basate su ARK 2.0 quindi anche con phantom ho importato il wallet attraverso il seed e sono riuscito a far tutto, anche votare il delegato. Prova anche tu e dammi un feedback.
