I think that 13 BTC won't be a problem for the forum, but I don't know anything about the BTC reserve of the forum
So I think Theymos just didn't wanted to buy that domain yet. (even when BTC was near $20,000 that time the domain name was just a bit more than 3 BTC... good old days
