It's not only bitcointalk.to that is almost the same as bitcointalk.org. fonstavka.com is also the clone of bitcointalk.org and it is up-to-date fake site where everything posted in this forum is also added in fonstavka.com in such a short time after you posted a reply in the bitcointalk.org forum. The best solution not to see or block the site is to follow the guide below.
Another one to be added to your hosts files then.
On Windows, navigate to "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\", and open the hosts file in a text editor.
On Mac, navigate to "/private/etc/", and open the hosts file in a text editor.
On Linux, open terminal and write "sudo nano /etc/hosts"
Add the following two lines to the bottom of the hosts file:
0.0.0.0 bitcointalk.to
0.0.0.0 fonstavka.com
Your browser will now be unable to open those two phishing sites.
