For me, you should take the profit, why? this is mainly because you are absolutely in gain, and you can measure how strong the market is in the long run, so it might be better for you to take your profits and enjoy it, i know its hard for you to decide but look at the situation during the previous times wherein the ETH was above 1k usd each and now its over and below 200usd. So make the right decision.
