It's very easy to lose weight, you just need to eat a healthy diet, foods that are rich in minerals, vitamins and most especially FIBER. So that, you should eat whole wheat grains such as oat meal, brown rice and wheat bread. But, do not forget to minimize your sugar , sodium and carbohydrates intake, You should avoid those junk foods, cakes, ice cream, white bread and white rice..
