There seems to be a new wave of ICOs coming up again. The crypto market also appears to be getting ready for a bull run.
I am wondering if buying some decent ICOs will be wise at this point.
Will be glad if those who are knowledgeable of past market cycles can advice me on this.

My suggestion is that ICO projects are now very bad. It seems that it no longer has any effect on the crypto market anymore. Investors now only invest in IEO or STO. The ICO is the worst form of capital mobilization I've ever witnessed. stay away from it before you lose everything.
