Honestly, I see no reason to be optimistic with this platform. So far no one has sold more than two gigs, assuming they are real sales, it seems no one is really interested in using the platform right now. I think if they want to attract users they should allow to buy gigs with credit card and PayPal, if not, people will still prefer Fiverr.
I don't think payments are the issue. There just aren't any real jobs right now (just people asking for jobs). And it takes a while to build reputation as a place to spend your money at in exchange for services. It's still in beta as well until next year as far as I'm aware?

Regardless of their current development and programs, one primary action that will help in their survival and encourage further interest in this project is to list it in better known exchanges; at least with HitBTC, Cryptopia, Binance, etc.
