Unfortunately bpip and maybe LoyceV system do not track these "unbanned" changes.
Unbans aren't published in modlog. If a Mod can confirm
vphasitha01 is still not banned, I'll remove him from
[ LIST] Banned users. Since he last posted in November, he might have been banned again.
I will like to see in a new list in which you can maintain List of unbanned user to track these kind of cases. You can start with ChiBitCTy that still show in your report as merit sent to banned user.
I will be surprised if vphasitha01 is banned for plagiarism because he is fully aware of rules and preached them to others also.
If you notice he posted just 3 post (that is also for betting, not in forum discussion) in his last 15 days before he stopped posting completely.
