Keep up the good work man that gives chance to newbies ranked up. I think the reason why they did not look to newbie's profile because the majority of them got banned. Look at this thread, How many banned users have you merited?.
Note: banned users can still have good posts. Meriting them isn't necessarily a bad thing.
