I just want to do business honestly.
So why exactly are you not just registering with Apple for an Enterprise Account? 
Is it just because you don't want to spend US$299 on a subscription? Because you've now lost close to half of that while dealing with scammers... at least use a trusted Escrow from the forums next time.
