Oh wait, at first I thought that if you will initialize at the first line of the code where the Vanitygen.exe is located(which is located at local disk D on mine). So this is what I did, first when opening CMD, CMD is locating at Local disk C so I initialize it to locate the files of vanitygen on D.
So I inputed:

And I don't know how it worked but it did. So I got the result!
