Yes, Adsense accepts Cryptocurrency/blockchain/bitcoin blog sites. You can check out my website here, I got the approval of Adsense within a day.  But earning is very low. Because they don't have much high RPM ads and have very low ads. I suggest you to use crypto ad networks to make a good profit.

Note: Adsense doesn't allow Bitcoin Faucet sites. According to new Adsense policy, you can integrate Faucet on your blog but you are not allowed to show ads on faucet page.
