You could do this in simple and funny way. All who want to participate in challenge do so send merit to all participant and then send them back to person who send it. Then I believe you will get rank up. Funny but this is idea or suggestion many want to do this but sometimes you need to be at the right place at the right time. Dont need to be good content writer or good post writer.

However love the idea but think in this case newbies are in better position they need only ONE merit
