Anyone buying what lolxxxx is selling is violating the TOS of Twitter and your twitter account will possibly be suspended.
Even without the TOS violation, what lolxxxx is selling sounds shady to me.....

Can you explain how someone could buy twitter followers that are not fake? I cannot imagine how what the OP is buying is possibly legitimate.
Buying Twitter followers were not the only way to increase your followers count.
