Advertising is important. Advertising is good. But without a functioning platform, the price of a coin will not go far. We need to launch the finished product and then there will be a rise in value.
You're not even doing any advertising though. You're driving people away. People look at you and your many alt accounts posting mindless garbage in order to bump this thread and they think "wow, this looks like a scam, I better stay away."
Really this project shot themselves in the foot by hiring you.
