My nodes (running version v0.13.0) are stuck on block 2,329,999. Is this a known bug or just me?

Yeah I do, still have one masternode running (and will keep it that way). Crown is certainly one of few projects that is doing real work and putting in thought with the project (rather than just either copying something or trying to apply blockchain to a problem where it simply does not make sense).
By the way, the timestamping part of code you implemented from Namecoin was the base idea for our upcoming NFT's release
