but my processor is not loaded at all, why?
How many CPUs did you choose to utilize? Maybe not enough to notice in Task Manager.
I have i5 processor 4 cores
what needs to be registered in a config to use it as much as possible?
If you plan on using the PC regularly maybe just use 2, if you don't care use 4. Either way, very old processor so don't expect to get much with the skyrocketing difficulty.
