Ya 107 coin fee is a little steep. I guess if i were sending 10,000 coin and paid 107 coins to do that then not as big of a hit. But like was said, for a small miner wanting to use the web wallet they will go broke quick. 
Other than that its a nice user friendly wallet
The fee is that low only if you send a few coins. I also sent a test transaction from my web wallet today and paid ~110 coins in fees.Other than that its a nice user friendly wallet
However when I tried sending ~200k coins the fee was around 10k. Luckily the transaction has not passed through because I did not have enough to pay the fees.
Importing the private key into the GUI wallet did the trick. The fee to send the same 200k coins was only around 100 UPX.
