You mean radio for transmitting information like they use to have in marines or they call Morse code? I think it is already phased out. will it not be more complicated if radio is to be used instead of internet in making transactions? What about the security? The world is getting more and more advance now so why go back to what was outgrown technology?
Wireless communication can hardly be characterised as ‘phased out’.

The Internet is a system of interconnected networks. The Internet as a whole doesn’t care whether a given part thereof runs on copper, fibre, wireless or avian. That’s why we have the lower layers of the OSI model.

And security is built into the blockchain, although I’ll admit that wireless links are in some aspects more (although, on the other hand, in some aspects less) vulnerable to e.g. denial-of-service attacks than fixed networks.

I don’t know where you got the idea of using Morse code. You can read about various modes here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_amateur_radio_modes
