Please start off with basic information:
- What OS are you using ?
- What version of electrum are you using ?
- Did you verify the signature of the file you have downloaded (to make sure you have the REAL electrum) ?
- Is electrum synced (green / red circle at the bottom right) ?
- Does your wallet contain the private key to the address you have posted ? (You can check that by opening the electrum console and typing ismine("1GK9Sp47tNuntYVHDPg5X3a8iZmLBK3fmU"). If it returns true, it does)
I'm using Linux Mint.
I didn't verify the signature of the file however I've received other transactions successfully.
The wallet does contain the private key of the address.

The green circle appears sometimes. Other times it synchronizes indefinitely.
