With the recent launch of Houbi prime now others countries will also show much interest towards the IEO, soon we are going to see many other good projects starts listing in their exchanges. Exchanges should start researching very good projects it will help to secure funds from the projects.
Houbi is a chinese exchange so we can only expect a favorable launch for chinese ICO start ups. I haven't seen a western manage projects in both houbi and binance
