If IEO is conducted on Binance, then the team and all project documentation will be carefully checked. Although Binance is very difficult to get to spend IEO. Recently I read statistics, only 4 of the 60 projects were selected and will be able to hold their IEO.
Interesting, and where did the other 56 projects go after that? Gone to other exchanges, or as before, began to conduct ordinary ICO? Still, without ICO projects, we are not going anywhere. But bounty hunters will not remain without work.
I agree with you, ICO still exists and will exist for a long time, but IEO is a trend today and as long as it brings profit to investors it will be popular.
IEO projects have their advantages, but there are also disadvantages. It seems to me that we will return to the ICO projects all the same, however, when they are regulated and protected from fraudsters by state bodies. This is still the simplest and most accessible form of fundraising and distribution of new tokens.
The main danger for projects with participation in an IEO may be a dump of tokens within a few days after listing.
This aspect is solved by a partial lock of investors' funds.
Freezing investor tokens is the right move, but it’s usually bounty hunters that drop tokens at low prices and dump the price of the coin, so it’s important whether the bounty hunters token freezes. This would help keep the price of the coin, so do some projects and the result is positive.
