Would you share how are you calculating the profits on each sale? Are profits = sale price - material expense? Because I have seem some shady charities that pay their CEOs and staff large amounts which decrease the profits. Here it comes, I am an asshole for asking this right. Even though it is a valid concern
Valid concern bro, the more I read about these corporate style charities, the more they make me sick. As per the analysis, just 10-20% of the donated money actually goes to the cause and rest in management fees and other expenses. I personally like charities like this (
https://www.sikhdharma.org/monthly-homeless-langar-celebrates-four-years-running/) where u don't donate any money but instead you buy the groceries and other stuff needed to make the lunch bags and the community members get together once a month make these food bags and drive to city to give it out to homeless people, This is the place where u know that not even a single penny goes to waste and the best part is the place provides their Kitchen and facility for free to do this and doesn't expect even a single dime in donation.
