Having a bad market condition can be good for a long term investor because they can buy altcoins at a low price but for day traders this bad market is not good since they cannot enter a good position but peraonally I love a bad market condition because I can buy more altcoin then I will hold for long term.
So my point is that having a bearish market condition is not really bad at all. It means that you can buy more bitcoin and earn in the next bull run.
