The only chance it would have gotten is if it was only Binance that is involved, we would have said that other exchanges will still assist him in pushing his project but as it is, many of these exchanges too are already planning to also join Binance in the quest to do so, once most exchanges the coin is listed on delist it, then there will be no more trade volume for the coin.
