And if you entered the market a couple of years ago, you could easily collect the necessary amounts for the start of the project.

I agree, with all the developments the team has accomplished we could have raised funds a year ago. We also launched too early for the IEO craze. We are making progress in Latin America as we had planned and even though we aren't moving as fast as I'd like, it seems like we are on the right road.
