Yes its obvious were gone in some rise trend last weeks but it isnt enough for now to make a bull run. It really required big amount of money at one day to start again. Investors is still at silent mode right now. I didnt heard a lot about whales unlike in 2017 that we can notice which coin are whales playing at that time. Now we just seeing small pump and dump, we need more and more to get back on what make us happy "bull run"
