The pool uses a deeper significant digit to display earning than the blockchain, 12 vs 8. Your earning are rounded to 8 digits when you're paid out. While most of the time cryptos including Zero are displayed as 5.16051188, that is not how they are stored. In actuality these are stored as large integers or 516051188, where the 8th digit or 1 satoshi is the smallest possible unit. Most of the time there is not a clean distribution to the 8th digit for each miner when applying shares to a mined block because math doesn't work that way.
