Thank you for posting links, but does your team members have a professional profile? such as LinkedIn?  There is nothing about their previous job and experiences on their social media that you provided. Also Elias Nowak last post on facebook account was October 23rd 2016 - very outdated -



As you may be aware, many scammers steal people's social media account.  Maybe you should provide something better than that.  Thanks
