Not that I've ever felt so mean, but I'm sure they're even worried about Watford right now (who are, btw the Porto of EPL), I can't imagine how they as a team must feel, not that I'll ever shed a tear for Sterling. Not sure if their fans even really understand heartbreak, but it's not bad news for us.
Definitely hope City feel the need to prove themselves against Spurs again (because that will ensure Spurs can exploit their brittle defence) but oh man, bring on Barcelona! I know people think Man Utd would have been easier but Liverpool actually relish these type of teams. The more they come at us, the more we come back at them.
Strange Ajax's 20 yr wait for a semi was always the talk but people wrote off Spurs long after the draw.
@upside: true enough but Ajax have actually gone against their norm in the past few years and started buying players. So they are immediately almost seeing the impact of that.
