That's a very tough question, actually.
I know that I, for one, often try to find weaknesses in (solo) video games (and found a whole lot) when they tend to become too difficult for my limited skills.
I was able to kill the first dragon in mm7 with an (almost) fresh team, and without reading anything about it. I just arrowed it to death, took me a few hours, but I did it. I also reported quite a few useful glitches on online games (mostly EQ, was on all early beta-tests).
Generally speaking, finding glitches is part of the game, to me.
Abusing a glitch to gain BTC (money) could be considered stealing if found guilty (if traced back to you, and you didn't return it).
Bitcoin is not a game, afaik.
