The free roll prizes are the same IN DOLLARS (probably from the faucet opening, but at least from when I've start to using it, 2016) so the amount of satoshi you can get changes a lot, based on btc value at the moment you claim.
Reward points are not "affected" by btc prize, they are the same whatever the btc value is. If memory serves me correctly they were all the same as now: 2points for every personal claim, 1point every ref claim, 1point every Xsat played on hi-low (this is the only RP source that changes based on btc value, if btc goes up you need to wager less, if btc goes down you need to wager more).
Even RP bonuses are the same as in the past.
