Will I received any reward if I run a full node to support the network?
You can solo mine to your full node and get BTCV.

Set the bitcoin.conf file to have:
setvbrmultiplier=16

change 16 to a multiplier you wish, power of two is optimal. If you mine a block you will get 50 times the multiply value, For x16 you would get 50 x 16 = 800 BTCV. For x65536 you get 3,276,800 BTCV.

Yes, you can get a nice reward if you run a full node and solo mine to it.

You can use:
https://github.com/bitcoinVBR/node-stratum-pool
as the stratum miner and rent hashpower from
https://www.miningrigrentals.com

Someone just SOLO mined a large 102400 BTCV block.
