Altcoin market totally unpredictable.
There are 2 possibility :
They really delist because they are not profitable and they being delist in order to get market attention.
Personally I will avoid this market at the moment
If you really believe that binance is going to drop that coin instead of just avoiding that market it could be a good idea to short it since there is no coin in the market that will not be affected by being dropped by the most important exchange in the market of cryptocurrencies especially a coin that is a copy of a copy of bitcoin, however I will admit that is a risky play but it is one that is worth trying since the profits can be considerable.
