Fancy.com also accept crypto, and by the looks of things, have a few electric bikes to choose from on there as well. I have never used that site, however, so cannot vouch for it one way or another.
Never heard of fancy.com, but I just visited it and found it confusing as to what it is exactly--but maybe I'll take a closer look in a bit. Thank you for that suggestion.
I definitely knew overstock.com accepts crypto but never thought to look there for e-bikes. Perhaps I'll take a look. I have browsed their site for fountain pens, which I'm a passionate user of and found that they only had a bunch of cheap knockoffs, and the really good ones weren't offered at attractive prices--and I'm not eager to spend bitcoin on pens anyway.
I'm not a good negotiator and don't have great interpersonal skills, so I doubt I'd be able to convince a local bike shop to take bitcoin if they don't normally do so. My experience with several bike shops in my area has been pretty poor anyway; the employees tend to be gruff and impatient. Typical New Englanders.
Thanks for replying to my thread, Dr. Leo.
