Just noticed there is an token, named surge, that is gaining a lot of attention by traders or at least is trading at high volume to be something created some days ago without any project behind.
As far as I can understand, being a noob at this things, its's a smart asset whose price is determined by a formula and it's bound to increase: is it something "fair" in your opinion and is there a way to have a look at the smart contract itself.?

Yes you really noob in smart assets and i think you can't read the code
I read the code and want to say that token is cristally clear. Only 29 lines of code. minimal price = 0.001*(1+days^2) WAVES , where days - number of days passed from 31.01.19 10:00UTC
Example:
31.01.19 10:00UTC - 01.02.19 10:00UTC - price 0 (not possible make order)
01.02.19 10:00UTC - 02.02.19 10:00UTC - minimal price 0.002WAVES (not possible make order lower than minimal price)
02.02.19 10:00UTC - 03.02.19 10:00UTC - minimal price 0.005WAVES (not possible make order lower than minimal price) x2.5 from previous day
03.02.19 10:00UTC - 04.02.19 10:00UTC - minimal price 0.01WAVES (not possible make order lower than minimal price) x2 from previous day
